How do I make a purchase on ChampagneDrop.com?

Simply add your chosen bottles to your cart, review your selection, and proceed to checkout. Accept the terms, enter your delivery and contact details, complete payment, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is there a limit to how much I can order?

No limits here. Order as much as you like—we’re happy to deliver.

Delivery & Shipping

Can my items be delivered on the same day I order?

No. Orders are delivered once they arrive at our warehouse during the next scheduled “drop.”

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day.
For Saturday delivery, please place your order by end of day Friday.
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders.

Can I do self-collection?

No. All products are stored in a secured warehouse, and self-collection is not available.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
